• Manage employee attendance and field operations
• Verify identity and prevent fraudulent clock-ins
• Generate attendance and performance reports for authorized managers
• Send notifications related to work assignments and attendance

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data is only accessible to authorized personnel within your organization (your employer or client company using OpenTugas).

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by your organization. Attendance photos are stored for a limited period depending on the subscription plan. Upon account termination, data will be deleted within 90 days.

5. Location Data

GPS coordinates are captured only at the moment of QR code scanning for attendance and zone verification purposes. We do not continuously track your location.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), session management, and access controls to protect your data from unauthorized access.

7. Your Rights
